Job Summary
Mediate consumer complaints and identify cases requiring further investigation while maintaining strict confidentiality. Analyze and interpret voluminous information quickly and accurately to prioritize and organize a large caseload under pressure. Meet with the public, exercise independent judgment, and conduct internet-based research using standard computer programs. Handle multiple projects effectively with excellent written and oral communication skills. Starting salary is $42,872.40. This role is within the Consumer Protection Unit of the Missouri Attorney General's office and is open until filled.
