Job Summary
Conduct technical and commercial visits to promote pasture products, identifying client needs and developing personalized proposals. Provide technical support on pasture management, soil correction, and fertilization while monitoring product application and performance to ensure client satisfaction. Assist store sales staff with technical guidance, maintain updated records on engagements and business opportunities, and track performance indicators to identify service improvements. Requires a degree in Agronomy or related fields, sales experience, and a valid driver's license. Includes health, dental, and life insurance benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Ensino Superior completo ou cursando em Agronomia, Zootecnia ou áreas afins
- Experiência com vendas consultivas e/ou assistência técnica em pastagens
- Conhecimento em manejo, correção e adubação de pastagens
- Boa comunicação, escuta ativa e habilidade para negociação
- CNH-B definitiva
- Conhecimento da região que será atendida
- Disponibilidade para viagens e atuação em campo
