Job Summary
Conduct technical and commercial visits to rural producers, providing technical assistance and diagnosing field needs to recommend personalized solutions. Orient clients on proper product and technology usage while planning commercial actions aligned with sales targets. Prospect new clients, maintain relationships with the active base, and follow up on post-sales to suggest technical improvements. Requires a complete university degree in Agriculture or related fields, agricultural sales experience, and knowledge of soil fertility and pest management. Full B license and regional knowledge are mandatory, with availability for travel and external work. Includes health, dental, life insurance, education discounts, and wellness benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Ensino Superior completo ou cursando em Agronomia, Engenharia Agrícola ou áreas afins
- Experiência em vendas e/ou assistência técnica agrícola
- Conhecimento em fertilidade do solo, manejo de pragas e tecnologias do setor
- Boa comunicação, capacidade analítica e habilidade para negociação
- CNH - B definitiva
- Conhecimento da região que será atendida
- Disponibilidade para viagens e trabalho externo
