Consultor Técnico - Caxias do Sul

Conduct client reception and sales of services at the Caxias do Sul workshop, ensuring ethical and attentive service. Schedule, open, and control service orders while negotiating budgets and organizing service cadence. Monitor all stages of vehicle reviews and washes, informing clients in real time about service status. Collaborate with the Parts and Accessories department to achieve 100% absorption index and rentabilize the unit through additional parts sales and campaign execution. Maintain high quality standards and address client inquiries regarding vehicle services. Work schedule runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Requires CNH B, high school diploma, and Office skills; automotive mechanic course preferred.
