Job Summary
Manage SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, LMS, and Payroll by resolving user incidents, performing functional configurations, and supporting continuous platform operations. Analyze and resolve support tickets while participating in functional testing and change validation. Provide end-user support and track incidents within the Human Capital Management system. Requires 3 to 5 years of experience with strong communication skills for cross-functional teams and B2 English proficiency. Required Qualifications
- Professional with experience in SAP SuccessFactors
- Specialized in Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning Management System (LMS) and Payroll modules
- Oriented to user support, incident resolution, functional configuration and continuous support of the Human Capital Management (HCM) platform
- 3 to 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience in functional support activities, configuration and incident handling
- Solid knowledge in the following modules: Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning Management System (LMS), Payroll
- Experience in analysis and resolution of support tickets
- Ability to perform functional configurations of the tool according to business requirements
- Participation in functional testing and change validation
- Experience providing support to end users and tracking incidents
- Knowledge of Human Resources processes related to personnel administration, recruiting, onboarding, training and payroll
- Communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
- English B2
