Job Summary
Conduct integrated legal risk analysis while supporting leadership on strategic themes relevant to the organization. Draft legal opinions and provide guidance to internal areas regarding regulatory and legal matters. Monitor judicial and administrative proceedings through direct communication with external law firms. Participate in internal projects and multidisciplinary initiatives. Maintain a hybrid schedule with full-time hours. Requires a complete degree in Law and an active OAB membership; knowledge of the health supplement and insurance sectors is a plus.
