Job Summary
Conduct frequent field visits to pharmacies and regions to analyze people and business indicators, identifying gaps in people management and proposing targeted solutions. Partner with regional managers and operations directors to execute action plans for engagement, retention, and leadership development through coaching, feedback, and talent reviews. Lead governance rituals to track key metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and internal mobility while connecting operational needs with specialized corporate functions. Act as a preventive agent to mitigate people management risks and strengthen the organizational culture across decentralized teams.
Required Qualifications
- Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Psicologia, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas
- Experiência como Business Partner, Consultor Interno ou posições estratégicas de Gestão de Pessoas
- Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes e atuação em campo
- CNH categoria B e disponibilidade para deslocamentos
