Consultor HRBP

Partner with operational store leaders to understand area needs and propose aligned HR solutions. Support managers on climate, performance, organizational structure, culture, and engagement topics. Lead basic people analytics processes to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, then present actionable insights. Manage the full people management cycle, including performance evaluations, talent reviews, and succession planning. Map training needs and support team development in partnership with Learning & Development. Mediate conflicts, foster healthy work relationships, and ensure practices align with company conduct codes. Track HR indicators such as turnover and absenteeism to support action plans. Collaborate with specialized areas to deliver complete solutions to internal clients. Requires a complete higher education degree, knowledge of labor legislation, and availability for car travel. One day of remote work per week.
