Conduct daily VM consulting for stores by orienting, training, and verifying the application of standards, Oms, and aesthetic concepts through the 360-degree checklist. Deliver excellence during store reforms and openings while analyzing competition and training store teams on VM principles. Utilize Stream and Yammer tools to update system capacity, ensure defined layouts are met, and maintain correct store capacity. Keep abreast of the fashion universe and equip the General Manager of VM Operations and Regional VM Supervisors with field information. Create schedules to remain constantly present in assigned stores and manage all VM materials including equipment, mannequins, and splash. Submit VM targets with quality and on time, ensuring availability for weekends and holidays.
