Consultor de Visual Merchandising

Conduct daily visual merchandising consulting for stores, training staff and verifying application of OMS, symmetry, and aesthetic concepts via the 360-degree checklist. Execute store renovations and openings to ensure excellence, while analyzing competition and maintaining accurate system capacity and layouts. Utilize VM tools like Stream and Yammer, manage equipment and mannequins, and keep abreast of fashion trends. Create schedules to maintain constant presence in assigned stores and deliver VM targets on time. Provide field information to the General Manager of VM and Regional Supervisors. Requires higher education and retail fashion identification; offers medical, dental, and profit-sharing benefits.
