Conduct outbound prospecting via telephone, WhatsApp, and email to identify and offer services and products to existing and new clients. Execute technical support tasks, manage customer registrations, and handle objections using standardized scripts and procedures. Schedule client evaluations, follow up on missed appointments, and track sales activities within the company system. Perform customer satisfaction surveys and send follow-up communications such as letters or faxes. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and participate in technical and behavioral training sessions.
