Job Summary
Conduct consultative sales of Agibank products and services through external prospecting, active telemarketing, social media, referrals, and in-store visits. Execute lead conversion, validate opportunities in the system, and manage the customer portfolio to retain clients and resolve contract issues. Present digital channels to clients, maintain accurate customer data, and address contract-related problems while adhering to the bank's service methodology. Requires FEBRABAN certification for credit products; offers health, VR/VA, and PPR benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Ensino Médio completo
- Conhecimento básico do pacote Office
- Certificação de Correspondente Bancário para ofertar produtos de Crédito Consignado (FEBRABAN, ANEPS, entre outras)
Desired Qualifications
- Ensino superior em andamento
- Formação em CPA10
- Experiência em vendas e prospecção de clientes através de vendas digitais e ativas
