Execute financial processes for DCC and PDVs, ensuring compliance, service quality, and leadership support to achieve business results. Monitor DCC productivity against supervisor-defined strategy and implement financial planning and schedules for DCC and PDV service. Manage daily monetary operations for PDVs, including cashing, discounts, and supplies, while overseeing credit policies and administrative routines. Act as the natural substitute for the Administrative Assistant and guarantee administrative processes and store results are delivered during the Supervisor's absence. Requires high school completion; university degree is a plus. Financial product sales experience is essential. Medical and dental assistance, group life insurance, Wellhub, educational partnerships, and profit sharing are included after 12 months.
