Operate Level II SOC support for Redbelt Security clients, investigating SIEM and security tool alarms to identify root causes and assist with incident remediation. Manage security platforms including EDR, Firewall, WAF, SIEM, GCP, MS 365, ZScaler, SCCM, and AWS. Analyze logs for decision-making, create monthly client reports, and support playbook development. Handle critical alerts via email, ticketing systems, or phone, escalating to Level III as needed while adhering to SLAs. Participate in War Room simulations and client meetings to clarify technical details and prevent future breaches. Work four days in-office and one day remotely.
