Job Summary
Provide telephone and chat-based support by conducting in-depth clinical assessments and referring clients to appropriate resources, including therapists, counselors, and relevant wellness programs. Apply coaching methodologies to develop personalized health and wellness strategies that foster positive behavioral change while ensuring adherence to departmental protocols and industry best practices. Exercise sound clinical judgment to promptly resolve client concerns, maintain accurate documentation within the internal database, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuity of care. Strictly adhere to medical confidentiality and applicable data protection regulations such as GDPR, PDPA, and PIPEDA. This remote, fixed-term position requires a Master's degree in psychology or behavioral health, bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, and the ability to appear on camera for meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or an equivalent graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Health, or a related behavioral health field, issued by a recognized institution
- Eligibility for professional practice and/or registration in the country of residence, in accordance with applicable national regulations
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and client information systems
- Professional bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Sound clinical judgment and the ability to manage high-risk or crisis situations
- Ability to exercise critical thinking and multitask effectively in fast-paced environments
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and cultural sensitivity
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and preserve confidentiality
- A stable and reliable high-speed Internet connection
- A distraction-free, noise-free workspace
- Ability to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods while working on a computer
- Ability to appear on camera (with camera activated) during training, meetings, and/or work-related events
Desired Qualifications
- Recognized credentials or certifications in health or wellness coaching
- Work experience in multicultural or international environments
- Ability to provide client-centered support, demonstrating high levels of empathy, active listening, and coaching skills
