Job Summary
Conduct consultative sales by explaining Care Natural Beauty products and tailoring suggestions to client profiles such as pregnant women, home care, gifts, or makeup. Manage daily store operations including exchanging merchandise, registering transactions at PDVs for cash or card payments, and assembling gift kits and packaging. Monitor product stock levels and display standards to ensure the sales area remains organized and well-stocked. Support receiving shipments and perform general store cleaning as needed. Requires high school diploma with cosmetology or makeup courses preferred.
