Job Summary
Conduct research to identify potential clients within or across targeted industries and maintain an up-to-date client database. Follow up on leads to convert prospects into clients and support the identification of new market segment opportunities for operational service offerings. Source candidates through advertising roles by searching and networking with talents in logistics, skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail industries. Perform comprehensive candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to align them with client's specific job requirements for operational and contingent workers. Participate in client meetings to discuss project details, candidate profiles, and search strategy. Provide interview preparation and coaching to candidates who applied for operational roles, helping them present themselves effectively to employers. Communicate effectively with team members to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutions within Operational Talent Solutions.
