Conduct active and receptive customer service via phone, WhatsApp, and digital channels to consultively guide patients toward evaluation appointments. Recover lost leads, reengage inactive contacts, and track all interactions within the CRM system while participating in sales training and meetings. Manage clear scheduling and conversion targets to drive appointment bookings and revenue growth. This role is fully on-site at the Ponta Grossa dental clinic and offers a fixed plus performance-based salary structure for candidates with experience in internal sales or telemarketing.
