Job Summary
Execute external sales (PAP), conduct visits and commercial activations, and prospect new clients within companies, schools, events, and partners. Lead negotiations, track opportunities through the sales funnel, build client relationships, and identify new prospects. Monitor commercial indicators and meet targets. Requires high school or higher education, prior external sales experience, a driver's license with a personal vehicle, and a communicative, resilient profile focused on results. Salary is fixed plus uncapped commission, with benefits including food allowance, health and dental assistance, fuel and transport allowances, life insurance, Wellhub, and a full scholarship.

- Realizar vendas externas (PAP), visitas e ativações comerciais
- Prospectar novos clientes em empresas, escolas, eventos e parceiros
- Conduzir negociações e acompanhar oportunidades no funil de vendas
- Construir relacionamento com clientes e identificar novas oportunidades
- Acompanhar indicadores comerciais e metas
- Ensino médio completo ou Ensino Superior cursando
- Experiência com vendas externas/PAP
- CNH e veículo próprio
- Perfil comunicativo, resiliente e focado em resultados
