Job Summary
Generate demand and rotate products within assigned accounts by planning follow-up and training programs with the sales team to ensure new user acquisition and sales targets. Conduct clinical rounds to identify opportunities and convert key accounts, achieving 100% penetration in assigned institutions. Provide theoretical and practical training to healthcare professionals on medical device usage, identifying specialty leaders to link them with educational initiatives. Offer advisory support in surgical rooms, hospitals, ICUs, and wound clinics as needed. Requires a Surgical Instrumentation or Nursing professional with at least two years of experience in clinical, commercial, or educational areas, plus knowledge of wound management and aseptic techniques. Based in Ibagué, Colombia, with flexible weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- Profesionales en Instrumentación Quirúrgica o Enfermería
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en el área asistencial, comercial o educativa
- Debe estar legalmente autorizado para trabajar en el país de destino sin necesidad de visa de trabajo
- Presencial (Posición con base en Ibagué con disponibilidad para trabajar fines de semana y horario flexible)
Desired Qualifications
- Conocimiento clínico en el manejo de heridas
- Conocimientos básicos de técnicas quirúrgicas y asépticas
- Comunicación asertiva en la educación de los diferentes grupos interdisciplinarios institucionales
- Buen manejo de las relaciones interpersonales
- Trabajo en equipo
