Administer the recruitment platform, defining selection flows and maintaining updated candidate information. Orient and execute internal and external selection processes for tactical and strategic roles using specialized tools like interviews and assessments. Follow up on new hires to ensure integration schedule application and experience evaluations, conducting on-site monitoring where necessary. Propose process improvements and innovations to meet strategic objectives, and deliver theoretical and practical training to promote organizational culture and skill development. Track area metrics and intervene with units as needed. Adhere to standard safety procedures within the company and third-party establishments. Requires full university degree in Administration, Psychology, or related fields, recruitment experience, competency selection knowledge, and Category B driver's license.
