Support the Technical Consultant, Workshop Chief, and After-Sales Management with daily sales of parts and services, while monitoring and controlling productive team logs. Track service progress by recording start and completion dates, close service orders, and generate pre-invoices and tax invoices for completed work. Enter tax invoices into the system and assist in organizing and maintaining Quality Management documentation. Full-time role based in Itajaí with a lunch allowance, transit subsidy, and various health and educational benefits. High school diploma and valid Category B driver's license required; diesel mechanics knowledge and automotive customer service experience are differentiators.
