Consultor/a SuccessFactors ONB/RCM

Lead SuccessFactors ONB and RCM implementation projects, configuring, optimizing, and supporting systems while collaborating with clients to design tailored solutions. Facilitate discovery workshops with Talent Acquisition, HR Ops, and Hiring Managers to understand business needs. Configure Recruiting Management, Marketing, Onboarding 2.0, RBP, business rules, data models, and XML templates. Design and test integrations with employment portals, digital signature systems, background verification tools, and Core HR modules. Prepare and execute SIT/UAT cycles, manage defects, and coordinate cut-overs. Create functional and technical documentation and training materials for administrators and end users. Participate in effort estimations and commercial proposals to define scope, risks, and work plans.
