Consultor/a Senior de Selección de Personal IT 360

Conduct commercial visits to acquire new accounts and present IT recruitment services. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical profile requirements. Manage the full selection process from identification through candidate integration. Perform competency-based interviews evaluating both technical skills and cultural fit. Track ongoing processes and monitor candidate integration. Requires 2 to 3 years of experience in selection agencies or executive search, ideally in technology, with specific background in software development and IT infrastructure roles. Located in Barcelona with a hybrid schedule of three office days and two remote days.
