Perform analysis of schedule, cost, and productivity for regional projects to enable decision-making by consultants and managers. Monitor planning and control indicators through consolidated dashboards to detect deviations and anomalies, validate labor measurements against financial data to prevent payment errors, and standardize processes via defined templates. Disseminate best practices through benchmarking and training sessions to elevate regional team maturity while providing direct technical support for daily construction challenges.
