Monitor and analyze performance of Trade Marketing programs and campaigns, evaluating sales indicators, execution, engagement, and investment returns. Identify opportunities, trends, and performance deviations by client, region, channel, and portfolio to transform data into actionable insights for decision-making. Participate in planning and implementing incentive programs and actions, ensuring adherence to strategic objectives while proposing continuous improvements. Act as a strategic partner to the commercial area, understanding sales channel challenges and supporting the implementation of tools that strengthen team performance. Collaborate with Marketing, Products, CRM, and other departments to drive growth based on consistent data analysis.
