Identify skill gaps among operational talent and report them to ensure effective utilization. Conduct talent assessments to pinpoint high-potential candidates for specialized positions. Assist in creating tailored development plans focusing on skill enhancement and growth opportunities. Prepare client updates on operational talent initiatives and support workforce optimization recommendations. Support the identification and matching of short-term, project-based, and long-term job opportunities for operational talents. Maintain the HR cycle for longer assignments or contract-based talents. Develop a robust pool of operational talents through networking. Requires basic conceptual knowledge of HR theories and procedures. Performs assignments using existing procedures with guidance from senior managers.
