Support travel agencies with pre- and post-sale ticketing processes, handling national flight quotations, reservations, and issuances. Calculate changes and re-issuances ensuring airline policy compliance, while managing additional services such as pet transport, unaccompanied minors, seat selection, and extra baggage. Monitor pending reservations to maximize profitability and maintain relationships with internal teams and partner airlines. Apply correct tariff rules and assist with flight reaccommodation and itinerary changes. Ensure timely completion of all emission and post-sale processes. Requires high school diploma, customer service experience, and knowledge of Amadeus/Sabre systems.
