Job Summary
Conduct user support for the Celk health management system by handling phone calls, administering training sessions, and clarifying system usage queries. Execute client request scripts to ensure proper routing, track open tickets, and communicate solution progress while adhering to established SLAs. Log all interactions and maintain current knowledge of system updates and corrections. Reside in São Paulo for a full-time on-site role from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This position supports the company's mission to integrate and improve public health services across Brazil.
Required Qualifications
- Ensino Superior ou Técnico concluído ou cursando na área da Saúde
- Residir em São Paulo (SP)
- Experiência na área da Saúde
- Experiência com atendimento ao público
