Assist in recruiting and talent solutions for logistics, industrial, skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail sectors. Maintain regular communication with candidates, provide updates and feedback, and meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails to develop a pipeline. Research industry trends to deliver insights for clients’ growth and competitive edge. Prepare materials for client pitches and client engagement activities; process contracts and documentation for compliance with industrial legislation; prepare and present regular reports on recruitment progress and client satisfaction to leadership. Support basic sales activities by providing market information, updating candidate and client records, and ensuring data accuracy for the sales pipeline.
