Source and attract highly qualified talent using job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Host recruitment events virtually and in-person to attract candidates or new business for Professional Talent Solutions. Assist senior consultants in preparing business development and candidate assessment documents for prospective and current clients. Conduct post-placement follow-ups with both clients and candidates to ensure successful integration and discuss long-term development goals. Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on metrics and progress within Professional Talent Solutions. Drive successful sales and recruitment processes through effective online and offline engagement.
