Lead credit and cash teams by executing and monitoring operational procedures while tracking established sales targets. Handle all customer interactions across contact points, promote the Riachuelo financial card and products, and ensure compliance with credit policies and conduct standards. Participate in periodic audits, select and train new hires, and oversee daily results. Requires full availability including weekends and holidays, with a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in progress is a plus. Experience selling financial products in retail is preferred.
