Job Summary
Lead solution design and implementation for Oracle Utilities Customer engagements, analyzing business needs to ensure integrated software solutions meet customer objectives. Draft functional designs, produce design documents, and lead workshops to trace requirements to configuration while utilizing Visio for process flow diagrams. Translate utility business requirements into Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter and Customer Care & Billing configurations, demonstrating expertise in the Oracle Utilities Application Framework. Provide direction to project teams, influence customer leadership on key decisions, and resolve complex issues by recommending and implementing functional and technical solutions. Collaborate with sales for new opportunities and support business development efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field
- 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a Technical/Developer-related occupation
- Oracle's Utilities Customer Solution
- knowledge of base application features and functionality
- Expertise in Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) configuration
- ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products
- ability to make decisions based on impact across the stack
- Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families
