Job Summary
Lead global consulting practice ownership for the Data Management domain, shaping standards, defining artifacts, and enabling consultants to deliver high-quality custom solutions aligned with SimCorp One. Drive scoping and advisory efforts for strategic engagements, acting as the key advisor for solution options and custom feasibility while validating architecture and design in complex client projects. Resolve domain-specific challenges by collaborating across consulting, value streams, and product teams, and document best practices to strengthen knowledge enablement. Mentor aspiring architects, coach consultants, and influence cross-domain architecture discussions to advance solutioning maturity. Represent the domain in discussions on solution direction and interface with senior client stakeholders on custom solution matters.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics or a relevant Business degree
- At least 7+ years of proven experience designing and implementing SimCorp Dimension solutions
- Deep business knowledge within the Data Management domain
- Experience with the SimCorp Data Management Core solution
- Experience with the SimCorp Data Management Service
- Understanding of our clients' general business processes and operating model
- International experience and global mindset
- Have been involved in several SimCorp Dimension implementations from the early stages of the project
- Ability to build relationships, drive discussions and impact stakeholders when required
- Engagement in partnering with various parts of the SimCorp organization
- Proactiveness, creativeness and commercial mindedness with a global perspective
- Proficiency in English
- Must be able to travel internationally based on client needs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with the SimCorp Data Management Core solution and the SimCorp Data Management Service is a plus
