Job Summary
Senior Manager, Consulting at Visa focusing on identifying, prioritizing, and executing market opportunities to deliver real-time payments risk solutions. Responsibilities include engaging with clients to understand objectives and challenges in relation to real-time payments and risk management; developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders; monitoring and analyzing performance of risk solutions; supporting go-to-market plans and sales enablement; collaborating with regional and global teams to share best practices; and staying current on fraud patterns, threats, and regulatory changes. The role is hybrid with in-office days to be confirmed by the hiring manager.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS/B Eng) or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 10-12 years’ experience in related field, RTP ecosystem preferred
- Experience in platform development and management, executing transaction fraud controls, and ecosystem optimization
- Product management experience (conception, launching, growing product penetration)
- Client-facing experience and understanding of workflows for launching solutions
- Experience with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Operations and Marketing
- Experience in highly matrixed global organizations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Visa Security and Authentication Products preferred (Visa Risk Manager)
