Job Summary
Lead consulting initiatives and deliver high-impact projects for issuers, acquirers, neobanks, and fintechs across the LATAM region. Create business insights, manage bespoke complex projects, and develop frameworks that drive client performance and strategic guidance. Present project storytelling with data analysis, optimize authorization strategies, and partner with global teams to execute solutions leveraging Visa's resources. Drive VCA thought leadership through papers and seminars while maintaining enduring relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. This hybrid role requires fluent English and Spanish, with Portuguese as a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in the payments industry
- Problem solving ability with strategic focus on influencing incremental growth
- Understanding of card and payment P&L and critical factors driving profitability
- Experience in managing and executing complex projects that requires coordination of other functional teams
- Excellent communications skills, written and verbal and ability to communicate at all levels within large organizations
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge and understanding of banking operations, including products & services, business systems and processes
- Passionate, self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently
- Fluent English
- Fluent Spanish
