Job Summary
Advise healthcare C-suite executives and boards on strategic, growth, innovation, and transformation priorities. Lead enterprise strategy engagements focused on business model transformation, market positioning, and organizational change. Originate and close significant new engagements while building a robust pipeline and expanding relationships with healthcare provider clients. Develop innovative growth models and actionable recommendations to navigate industry disruption. Mentor high-performing consulting professionals and foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment. Represent the firm through executive presentations, thought leadership, and market-facing activities. Requires 10+ years of healthcare provider strategy experience and extensive travel. Total compensation ranges from $352,500 to $412,500.

- Prior management consulting experience
- Experience advising healthcare provider organizations
- At least 10 years of relevant experience working with healthcare providers on strategic initiatives
- Experience with enterprise strategic planning

- Deep knowledge of the healthcare provider industry

- Proven success developing senior client relationships
- Proven success originating, expanding, and closing significant consulting engagements

- Exceptional ability to structure ambiguous problems
- Exceptional ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights
- Exceptional ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling executive-level recommendations and presentations
- Proven ability to attract, coach, and develop exceptional consulting talent
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Ability to live anywhere in the contiguous United States near a major airport
