Job Summary
Conduct due diligence activities for land and right of way projects, including easement review, parcel research, and access agreement negotiation. Maintain project databases, generate performance reports, and create documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Assist Project Managers with budget setup, change orders, and close-out forms using the BST database. Track sales reporting, opportunity cadence, and action items while managing multiple deadline-driven assignments. Apply strong organizational skills to keep information accurate and timelines on track.
Required Qualifications
- Required College degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet
- Detail-oriented approach with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently as a self-starter
- Ability to remain flexible, organized, and responsive to changing priorities
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple project assignments simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
