Job Summary
Senior Accountant (part-time, remote) to manage monthly financial statements and bookkeeping for multiple client engagements, oversee cash and AR/AP, monitor internal controls, and assist with implementing accounting systems and processes. Requires 3-5+ years of full-cycle accounting with GAAP, proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, and MS Dynamics, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. CPA license or licensing in-process preferred; US work authorization required. Hourly rate $30-$40, with fractional/consulting engagement structure across clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required
- 3-5+ years of experience with full-cycle accounting and understanding of GAAP
- Experience with accounting software: QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, MS Dynamics, etc.
- CPA license or licensing in-process preferred
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future
