Job Summary

Support delivery of business process improvement, system implementation, and project management for high-profile Asian and global brands. Design, develop, and configure Salesforce-based solutions across various clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Contribute to testing activities such as unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing while collaborating with cross-functional and global teams. Assist in building assets on Salesforce solutions and technologies, including documentation for business requirements, process flows, and technical designs. Support innovation by contributing to internal accelerators, reusable assets, and best practice frameworks. This year-end internship runs from December 26 to February 27, 2027, for penultimate-year students with a focus in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business.
