Job Summary
Support delivery of business process improvement, system implementation, and project risk assurance while contributing to Salesforce solution assets. Design, develop, and configure Salesforce-based solutions across various clouds, including Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds. Assist in unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing activities. Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to deliver high-quality client outcomes and contribute to documentation such as business requirements and process flows. Support innovation by contributing to internal accelerators and best practice frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- Penultimate year students
- Reputable universities
- Focus in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business
- Excellent academic and co-curricular achievement record
- Keen interest in upskilling for technology trends
- Openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
- Interest and/or experience with the Salesforce platform
- Strong learning skills to understand Salesforce product portfolios and backend technology
- Ability to produce deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively across global teams
- Ability to juggle multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proficient in PowerPoint
