Job Summary
Lead complex implementation engagements for multinational merchants and payment platforms in Central Europe, acting as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders. Identify key stakeholders and processes, define value propositions, and develop sales collateral including presentations and tear sheets. Quantify solution value, create sales materials, and demonstrate strong project management skills to consistently deliver high-quality results. Implement hands-on solutions using data application techniques in statistics, machine learning, and AI while communicating technical and non-technical aspects effectively. Manage pricing strategies and leverage understanding of the competitive environment to shape differentiated solutions. Maintain cordial relationships among internal and external partners while coaching teams and navigating ambiguity. Requires 3 days in office; reporting to the Director, Visa Consulting & Analytics.
Required Qualifications
- Visa requires at least 3 days in office
- Experience in consulting payment platforms or multinational merchants in the payments space
