Job Summary
Lead discovery phases, facilitate workshops, and configure workflows and agents directly within the Kizen platform to translate ambiguous business needs into structured process maps and lightweight prototypes. Drive delivery from discovery through execution by collaborating with clients to architect streamlined, AI-driven solutions while producing high-fidelity artifacts like BRDs and process maps. Focus on real-world metrics including speed to value, cost reduction, and platform adoption, ensuring measurable outcomes for financial services clients. Work directly with the Director of Consulting and VP of Consulting to shape client engagements and support selling efforts.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in discovery, implementation, process engineering, or technical consulting roles
- Experience in Financial Services industry
- Proven ability to redesign complex business processes and translate them into actionable, platform-based configurations
- Exceptional ability to lead structured stakeholder discussions and manage client expectations with executive presence
- Familiarity with low-code platforms, SaaS products, or automation tools
- Ability to understand data architectures and integration patterns
- Ideal backgrounds include top-tier strategy or management consultancies (MBB, Big 4) or high-growth technology companies
