Consulting Internship (16 Month Contract)

Job Summary
Conduct client-facing projects optimizing supply chains, enhancing IT strategies, and deploying change management while gathering data to produce actionable insights. Craft compelling, data-driven presentations for internal teams and clients, and support internal initiatives including process improvement and Purpose Beyond Profit. Engage in marketing, sales development, or other areas of interest to contribute to firm growth. Work alongside Management Consultants in a hybrid model balancing remote time at the Etobicoke office with travel to client sites. Develop high-impact visuals using PowerPoint and Excel/PowerBi to communicate strategies directly influencing business decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an Industrial Engineering or Engineering Science Degree
- 3rd-year coursework completed by the start of the internship
- Availability: May 2026 – August 2027
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large data set using advanced data analytics tools such as Excel or PowerBi
- Strong, clear, and confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
- Results-driven with a high capacity for learning and continuous improvement
- Demonstrates disciplined time management and organizational skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, understands sense of urgency, and eager to contribute meaningfully
- Relevant work experience (focus on highlighting part-time roles, extracurricular activities, and volunteer work rather than just class projects on your resume)

- Experience with process mapping using Visio
