Job Summary
Lead the preparation of consulting proposals, RFP, and RFI responses by developing client-specific approach notes, executive summaries, and solution documents. Customize proposal content for each client's unique strategic priorities while conducting client, industry, and competitor research. Manage the proposal library, consulting credentials, and case studies, then capture knowledge from completed projects to build reusable intellectual capital. Maintain proposal templates, graphics, and quality standards while leveraging AI platforms to develop AI-enabled workflows and best practices. Support the development of consulting methodologies, frameworks, and thought leadership, track proposal performance, and coordinate development across multiple Partners.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years' experience in management consulting, banking, FinTech, professional services or proposal development
- Outstanding business writing, communication and storytelling skills
- Excellent analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability
- Strong PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and document design skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and proposal deadlines
- Confidence working directly with senior Partners
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for research, writing and proposal development is highly desirable
