Job Summary
Conduct daily consulting and troubleshooting for CUCM, IMP, and gateway hardware/software resources. Manage protocols including H.323, SIP, and ISDN PRI while supporting UCS Servers and VMware virtualization. Apply DNS, DHCP, and TFTP knowledge to resolve network issues, utilizing Java or Python programming skills as needed. Demonstrate switching expertise and familiarity with Cisco Video Solutions and WebEx. This role requires a strong technical foundation in telephony infrastructure and virtualization environments.
