Job Summary
Senior Consulting Engineer leading the strategy, design, and optimization of Cisco SD-Access, SD-WAN, and Routing & Switching engagements for strategic customers. Own end-to-end deployment and optimization, review/approve designs and customer roadmaps, and mentor junior engineers. Drive integration of AI, automation, and AIOps into delivery practices; develop simulations and lead resolution across vendors. Build leadership presence through industry events and thought leadership; engage in multi-domain solutions and complex transformations. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical field (or equivalent) and 9 years of experience; CCIE certification preferred; Mandarin proficiency is a plus. Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
