Job Summary
Plan and execute ThousandEyes platform deployments, configure monitoring, document solutions, and deliver customer training to ensure successful adoption and value realization. Act as a trusted technical advisor by providing best-practice recommendations tailored to each environment while engaging with broad technical and business stakeholders. Prioritize tasks in tight timeframes, maintain or implement LAN/WAN environments, and debug web technologies including REST APIs. Requires firm grasp of network protocols, experience with monitoring systems, and at least five years in customer-facing roles.
Required Qualifications
- Project management and consulting experience with the ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks in tight timeframes
- Firm grasp of network and application protocols
- Experience maintaining or implementing LAN/WAN environments
- Familiarity with web technologies (deployment, maintenance, debugging) including REST APIs
- Experience with at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
- Minimum Qualifications
