Job Summary
Advise senior executives across Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Retail, Utilities, Energy, and Life Sciences on technology strategy, digital transformation, and operating models. Lead complex consulting engagements including enterprise IT roadmaps, cloud modernization, and digital business transformation while providing independent challenge and assurance at key investment decision points. Build long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders, drive business development through proposal development and account expansion, and coach the UK & Ireland consulting team. Leverage Gartner's global research and benchmarks to inform strategic decisions and support clients in achieving measurable outcomes such as cost optimization and execution confidence.
Required Qualifications
- You may currently be a Principal, Director, Associate Partner, Senior Manager, Engagement Manager or equivalent within a consulting firm, advisory environment, or industry transformation function.
- Strong grounding in management consulting and technology strategy and transformation.
- Experience leading client engagements end to end, from problem definition through delivery.
- Confidence operating with senior executive stakeholders in complex organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to develop trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with experience contributing to business development, revenue growth, account expansion, and proposal pursuits.
- Experience supporting clients in one or more of the following sectors: Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Retail, Utilities, Energy and/or Life Sciences
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- High standards of integrity, discretion, and professional judgement
