Job Summary
Consulting Cyber Systems Engineer to support multiple programs/sites within the Manufacturing Engineering & Technology Organization. Responsibilities include technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability analyses for NSA CSfC programs; aligning architectures with NSA Capability Packages; integrating COTS components (VPNs, firewalls, encryption) and configuring PKI; automating deployment of DevSecOps secure pipelines; conducting IA/CSfC-related analyses; leading technical exchange meetings with government customers; mentoring engineers in CSfC concepts; and ensuring compliance with RMF and related directives. Requires advanced cybersecurity expertise, strong communication, and ability to translate operational needs into scalable, production-ready secure architectures; experience with cyber infrastructure, testing across multi-enclave environments, and interoperability testing. Primary Level Salary Range: $212,100 - $318,100; full-time with potential overtime, bonuses, and long-term incentives depending on role and market conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's of Science (STEM) or Master's of STEM degree with 18+ years of technical experience in Cyber, Systems, Security, Software or Hardware disciplines
- Active, In-Scope, DoD Secret Security Clearance or higher that has been granted/renewed within the past 6 years
- Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access
